Annual Lawn Mowing – A Lush Lawn, All Season Long

Our Annual Lawn Mowing Plan ensures your lawn stays neat, healthy, and manicured throughout the grass-growing season, typically starting in March and extending through November, depending on weather conditions. With our expert team on the job, you never have to worry about overgrown grass or unkempt edges.

  • Precision Mowing – We cut your lawn weekly, using top of the line mowers with blades sharpened daily. Our equipment is well-maintained and ready for the work, every day. Our team will be diligent in protecting your surrounding landscape and take care not to damage your lawn with extreme cornering, especially in wet or damp conditions.

  • Sharp Edging – First, we create clean lines using a power edger, then maintain them with a string trimmer for a refined look.

  • Weekly Weeding* – We maintain a weed-free property! With each lawn mowing visit, we will pull, trim or spray weeds, effectively elimintating them from spring through fall.

  • Thorough Cleanup – After every mowing session, we blow away clippings and debris from sidewalks, driveways, and other hard surfaces, leaving your property looking pristine.

*Service available only with an initial weed removal service visit, which is included in our Spring Cleanup offering.

Seasonal Care– The Extra Touch Your Lawn Deserves

Beyond our annual lawn care plans, we offer a variety of one-time services to refresh and enhance your landscape throughout the year.

Anytime Cleanup – Free your lawn of all yard waste. Remove weeds, leaves, dead tree limbs, and clippings as a result of trimming back your ornamental trees, plants and grasses. Mulching service is optional.

Mulching – Prepare flower and tree beds by removing weeds and unsightly old left-behind mulch. We’ll deliver and install mulch to all bed areas to retain moisture, suppress weeds, and boost curb appeal.

Aeration & Seeding – Deep core aeration with heavy-duty equipment relieves compacted soil and promotes air circulation. When combined with overseeding using only weed-free premium grass seed resulting in a thicker, stronger turf with deeper roots.

Leaf Removal – Say goodbye to messy leaf buildup and hello to a breathable, tidy lawn. Typically performed in the Fall, but leaves can gather anytime of year. Call us if leaves are a problem with your property.

Shrub Work Maintenance

Regular shearing and shaping of hedge shrubs to keep them dense and uniform. Caring for shrubs like azaleas, hydrangeas, and roses, ensuring they bloom properly and remain disease-free.

Shrub Health Assessments & Disease Management

Identifying Issues – A professional will inspect shrubs for signs of disease, pests, nutrient deficiencies, and environmental stress.

Pest Control – Common shrub pests include aphids, spider mites, scale insects, and bagworms. Targeted treatments such as insecticidal soaps, systemic pesticides, or organic solutions may be applied.

Disease Treatment – Shrubs can develop fungal diseases like powdery mildew, rust, or root rot. Proper diagnosis and treatment with fungicides or pruning of affected areas help manage outbreaks.

Soil & Root Health – Checking for root compaction, poor drainage, or nutrient imbalances and taking corrective action to ensure optimal growth.
